Can I exchange my Ligroup order?

Ligroup does not offer exchanges. If you purchase the wrong item by mistake, you will need return the item and place a separate order for the correct one. The return shipping expenses shall be borne by you.

Where is my refund?

Once we have confirmed that the return requirements are met, we will issue a full refund within 2-5 business days. Actual deposit times may vary according to your banking institution. Additionally, an email notification will be sent out when the refund is issued.

What about defective or faulty items?

We stand behind all of our products. If the item(s) you received is defective or flawed in any way, please submit a case  on our online portal and describe the issue you are encountering.
